REVIEW:  I’m thankful for the review copy I received from TBCN I've never read such a proactive, easy to read book about health. The Ultimate Health book will help you live longer, become lean and strong!

Dr. Rick Wilson says, “some strive for wealth, yet ignore the health requires to enjoy it. Consider your morality and invest in healthy habits….You can’t change what you don’t know, so this book is a guide to create awareness.”

This book starts with Ultimate Health Assessment and has you rate yourself on a scale from 1-5 with 5 being the highest, on your current effectiveness in each area a total of 20 Questions. Helping readers interpret their scores at the end.

“This book is a living tool…each chapter offers simple yet life-saving tools for living, some of which you may have heard before, but over overlooked. It’s also a reminder that it’s never too late to live younger, stronger, and longer….No matter what kind of life you live or what your health maybe, research proves that exercise is one of the best ways to promote health and even slow the aging process.”

This is the most proactive health book I've read. He covers areas of health I hadn't thought to be proactive about and took those I knew about to a whole new level of awareness.

They talk about life style, mental management ultimate longevity, eliminating stress, strengthening your immune system, preventive testing, exercise, movement and longevity, oral health, vision care, toxin elimination, hormones, vitamins, calorie management, ear, nose and throat, nutrition, skin health, what you drink matters, managing your emotions, sleep, spiritual Wellness, healthy foods, 25 unhealthy foods, terms to know, actions to speed up your metabolism, 25 tools for your ultimate health tool chest. This book was helpful, easy to read and one I’ll keep referring to throughout the year.

The book ends with a quote from Thomas Edison. “The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will instruct his patient in the care of the human frame, in diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.”

I’m thankful for the tools to help me feel and take care of my family the best I can. I highly recommend this book to everyone.
